Accuracy of Registration Information <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-edc6d79 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"edc6d79\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><span class=\"p\" dir=\"rtl\"> All information entered in the registration form will be used as the basis for issuing the identification badge, certificate of attendance, and certificate of participation in the congress.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"p\" dir=\"rtl\"> Participants are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration, including their first and last name, national ID number, participant category, medical council registration number, and any other required information.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"p\" dir=\"rtl\">In the event that incorrect information is provided or a participant category inconsistent with their actual status is selected, the congress secretariat reserves the right to correct the registration, deny the provision of related services, or require payment of the applicable fee difference.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"p\" dir=\"rtl\"> If any discrepancy in the provided information is identified, the congress secretariat shall have no obligation to issue a certificate or grant continuing medical education (CME) credits.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-07a53d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"07a53d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credits <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ad7f49 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0ad7f49\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><span class=\"p\" dir=\"rtl\"> Applicants seeking Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits are required to register through the Continuing Medical Education (CME) system and accurately and completely enter their medical council registration number and all other required information.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"p\" dir=\"rtl\"> The granting of Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits is subject to compliance with the rules and regulations issued by the relevant authorities, as well as attendance in accordance with the applicable requirements.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"p\" dir=\"rtl\"> Registration through the Continuing Medical Education (CME) system alone does not constitute authorization to attend the congress. Participants who wish to stay at the hotel may arrange their room reservations through the congress secretariat. Certificate of Participation <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5dbd49b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5dbd49b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><span class=\"p\" dir=\"rtl\"> In the event of a lost identification badge, the participant is required to notify the congress secretariat.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"p\" dir=\"rtl\"> The information stated on the certificate will exactly match the information provided in the registration system. Congress Registration <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c923c0b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c923c0b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span class=\"p\" dir=\"rtl\">Presentation of an abstract is contingent upon the confirmed registration of at least the corresponding author for the congress and full payment of the registration fee<\/span><br><span class=\"p\" dir=\"rtl\">Acceptance of an abstract does not constitute free registration for the congress.<\/span><br><span class=\"p\" dir=\"rtl\">Acceptance of an abstract does not grant any exemption from the congress registration fee or workshop fees.
